There is no shame in enlisting a little help to make sure your smile is perfect for first impressions.

As the world opens back up soon, why not show up looking your best?

Zoom! Teeth Whitening is a quick and simple way to boost your confidence before heading back into the office and out into the world again.

If you have questions about the Zoom! process, pricing, or aftercare, we’re diving into it below!

Zoom! is the perfect hassle-free treatment if:

  • You drank way too much coffee or red wine 😉 in quarantine
  • You’ve quit smoking and want to restore your smile
  • You’re just looking for an easy way to brighten your appearance

What is Zoom! teeth whitening?

Zoom! uses a Blue LED light-accelerated technology and whitening gel which when combined together will whiten rapidly. It works to lighten stains and discoloration for a brighter smile. The process is super simple, non-invasive, and quick. The whitening process itself takes about 45-60 minutes but we add an additional hour (for a total of 2 hours) to your appointment for preparation, instructions, and Q & A.

How does Zoom! teeth whitening work?

By using an LED light system that speeds up results and breaks up discoloration, Zoom! is an instant confidence booster. You can expect your teeth to be up to eight shades lighter!

We’ll apply the Zoom! whitening gel, apply the light to work its magic, and can also send you home with a custom touch-up kit to use at home.

How long does teeth whitening last?

Generally, your pearly whites will last for quite a while depending on your eating and drinking habits after treatment.

For maintenance, you can  get customized whitening trays to use at home. When your teeth starts to look yellow again, you can pop your trays in for about 30 minutes and your teeth will be white and sparkly again! You may want to whiten every 6-12 months or whenever you feel you’d like your teeth lighter again.  A fee may apply for this additional service so make sure you ask your dental team for more information.

Can you brush after whitening your teeth?

You can absolutely brush your teeth after your whitening service. We recommend that you always use a soft bristle brush and gentle toothpaste. Some patients find success in using products meant for sensitive teeth after their whitening.  You can also use a fluoride toothpaste to help cut down on any sensitivity.

What foods are safe after teeth whitening?

So, you’ve just had your teeth whitened and you want to ensure they stay sparkly for as long as possible. It’s strongly recommended to stay away from tobacco or vaping products as they can ruin all the good your whitening has done by creating stains.

There are a few general categories of food you should stay away from for the best results:

  • Dark/strongly colored liquids – coffee, tea and red wine
  • Acidic beverages – most sodas, sparkling water, fruit juices, and alcoholic beverages
  • Anything that would leave a dark stain on your shirt
  • Sugary foods – ice cream, candy, energy drinks, etc
  • Anything with curry/turmeric

We know that this can feel limiting, but there are also plenty of foods that can help whiten your teeth:

  • Fruits such as pineapples, strawberries, apples, and oranges
  • Cheese
  • Veggies such as broccoli and celery
  • Seeds and nuts
  • Water 😊

You won’t need to avoid these foods forever! Just try to follow these guidelines in the first 24-72 hours after whitening. After that, you can resume a normal and healthy diet.

Fun fact: using a little bit of baking soda with your toothpaste help to refresh your mouth and whiten your teeth.
